    This allows us to keep things minimal, flexible, and focused on quality.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We currently ship to:

    • Single Euro Payements Area (Sepa) Countries
    • United Kingdom
    • Shipping is 6,00€ per order.
    • Final costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
    • Free shipping on orders over €85.
  • Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.
    Times may vary slightly depending on your country and potential carrier delays.

    1. Go to the ORDERS section in your account and look for the order you are waiting for. You'll be able to see its status in real time.
    2. As soon as it's ready, you'll receive an e-mail with the follow-up. If we've just prepared it, you won't be able to see the tracking until the next day, once it has been processed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • We will issue returns or exchanges in the following cases:

    • The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model
    • The product has arrived in a damaged condition
  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

  • Yes — the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported as damaged or defective within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for other reasons.

  • If your item arrived damaged or defective and your return is approved, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

    1. Fill in our form on the contact page or email info@hyggeclothing.com with your order number and photos of the defective item.
    2. We will assess and reply with return instructions.
    3. If approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Don't worry. The refund is not immediate; depending on your bank, you may see the amount in your account in approximately 72 working hours but, on certain occasions, it can take up to 15 days.

  • If your account number is still the same, the refund will arrive without any problem.

  • If you have another account with the same bank, your refund will arrive without any problems.
